    Shut down your computer completely. Start the computer again, then launch the game and see if that helps.
    If the issue remains, try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then add back the 'options.ini' file and the 'saves' , 'screenshots' 'tray' 'custom music ' and 'mods' folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.

    Check in game options that you haven't altered the resolution and caused the issue with everything appearing small.
    Also, you won't lose your save games and sims/builds that you have uploaded to your library if you ever need to uninstall and reinstall your game. It is always wise though to make a back up copy of your sims 4 folder and place it on an external drive or another part of your computer before uninstalling. This link explains about backups.

  • @rosemow Should dragging the old Sims 4 file into the new one and replacing files have worked, too? I think I might've messed up 'cause that's what I did and everything is small again..

    The old sims 4 folder doesn't go into the new sims 4 folder. It is only the individual old saves, tray, mods, custom music and screenshots folders that are placed into the new sims 4 folder, to replace the newly generated ones.
